This Shipping & Delivery Policy ("Policy") outlines how SIBIRI Innovation ("we", "our", or "us") delivers digital products and service access details to customers upon successful purchase through our website or affiliated platforms.

We do not ship any physical items. All offerings are either digital downloads or intangible services such as live classes, online sessions, or consultations.

 

Digital Products (e.g., eBooks, Online Courses, Software)

  • Upon successful payment, customers will receive an email containing a downloadable link or login credentials to access the purchased product.

  • Please allow up to 1 hour for the system to process and deliver the link.

  • If you do not receive the product within the specified timeframe, kindly check your spam or promotions folder, or contact us at sibiri.innovation@gmail.com

Services (Classes, Workshops, Consultations)

  • For all scheduled services, we will contact you via email and WhatsApp within 24 hours of purchase to provide session details, joining instructions, or schedule confirmation.

  • Please ensure that your contact information provided at checkout is accurate and accessible.

  • If you do not hear from us within 24 hours, please email sibiri.innovation@gmail.com with your Order ID
