Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all digital products and services (such as live classes, workshops, or consultations) offered by SIBIRI Innovation (“we”, “us”, or “our”) through our website, mobile platforms, or any authorized distribution channel.
By purchasing any digital product or service from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.
Digital Products (e.g., eBooks, online courses, software downloads)
Refund Eligibility
Refunds for digital products may be issued based on the time since purchase, as follows:
Within 1–3 days 30%
Within 4–7 days 25%
After 7 days Not eligible
Note: Refunds will only be considered if the product has not been fully accessed or downloaded (e.g., more than 20% course content accessed, or download link used will make the item ineligible).
Conditions for Refund

A formal request must be sent to sibiri.innovation@gamil.com within the applicable refund window.

You must provide your Order ID, date of purchase, and reason for refund.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days, subject to payment gateway processing times.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if evidence of significant use or access is detected.
Services (Live Classes, 1:1 Sessions, Group Coaching)
No Refund Policy
Due to the intangible and time-sensitive nature of services, all service purchases are final and non-refundable. When you book a seat, it is reserved exclusively for you and cannot be reallocated.
“Time once spent cannot be returned. Please confirm your availability before making a payment.”
Rescheduling Policy
You may request a one-time reschedule or name transfer to another participant at least 72 hours before the scheduled session. Approval is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
Cancellation by Us
If a service is cancelled or rescheduled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:

A full credit toward a future session (valid for 6 months), or

A 100% refund, as per your preference.
Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
Raising a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve your concern is considered a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to:

Suspend user accounts involved in such disputes.

Pursue recovery of chargeback-related costs and fees.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, India.
